Rapmasters: From Tha Priority Vaults, Vol. 2 is an excellent budget-priced collection that spotlights hardcore hip-hop from Priority's rappers. The disc skillfully balances hits and strong album cuts, making it something more than the average budget-line rap collection -- it's something that would interest aficionados as well as casual fans, simply because it reconfigures familiar cuts in an interesting way. Among the highlights are Mad Flava's "Feel tha Flava," EPMD's "The Big Payback," Eazy-E's "Easy-Duz-It," Da Lench Mob's "Chocolate City," Ice Cube's "Ghetto Bird," Paris' "Back in the Days" and NWA's "Gangsta Gangsta."
