While Schoolly D's attempts to present Afrocentric philosophy and call for self-determination were commendable, he failed to present them in either a musically satisfying or lyrically convincing manner. This 1989 album did little beyond rip white society for its ills and injustices in a fashion merging the worst excesses of rambling propaganda and irrational nationalism.
