Frankie Cutlass has done the same thing with this, his second album, as he did with his first -- produce a bunch of beats and invite some famous MCs to rock over them, package it up, and ship it out. Though a few of the pairings are a bit questionable, the artists are great; unfortunately, the album is on the short side. What's here is very good indeed: It's hard to go wrong when you have Redman, Sadat X, Biz Markie, Craig G, Kool G Rap, M.O.P., Fat Joe, Keith Murray, Heltah Skeltah, the Lost Boyz, and more to fill up your album with music for you. Most surprisingly, there's a comeback track by one of the all-time greatest female MCs, Roxanne Shanté.
