Horsey Water Review by Denise Sullivan
Finally the band gets wise and go for the live-in-the-studio sound in an attempt to recreate what they had mastered in the live setting. A softer side of the band ('Waiting For Anyone") rests side by side with howling blues like "Jack Freak" and "A&R Man." Never tame, the blues-rock of Sister Double Happiness is a far cry from Stevie Ray Vaughan, but no less heartfelt.
