This is more proof that Nine Black Alps are massively underrated...

Returning with their third album, ‘Locked Out From The Inside’ is Nine Black Alps’ first record since parting ways with Island. As raw as ever, ‘Vampire In The Sun’ is the stand out track, a radio-friendly opener that leaves you wanting more. Though there’s nothing as good as ‘Cosmopolitan’ or ‘Southern Cross’ here, ‘Every Photograph Steals Your Soul’ and ‘Full Moon Summer’ are still able to give old tracks a run for their money. Closer ‘Ghost In The City is probably the song to give a miss, but overall the record’s a steady grower. This is more proof that Nine Black Alps are massively underrated.
