Onetime Fat Boys member Prince Markie Dee and the Soul Convention tried to mix vintage soul with hip-hop production, novelty raps, and some quasi-romantic material. The results were an uneven and unsuccessful effort that didn't remind anyone of either the Fat Boys or anything that was very interesting.
